As soon as we are packing your order a tracking number from ESSENCE JWLR will be send to your e-mail. (within 24 hours after the order is processed and dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

We ofcourse hope you are happy with your purchase from ESSENCE JWLR. However in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 days period in an unworn and unused condition.

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.   
Items must be returned to us unworn and suitable for resale.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following steps:

1. Send us an email at info@essencejwlr.com

With the following information:
- order number
- which pieces you are going to return or exchange
- (+ which replacement you want of course!)

We will send you our return form.

2. Fill in the return form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.
3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package.
4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

*We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount due to loss of value if the product and / or packaging has been used or damaged. Labels cannot be removed from the original product.
